I work for a very high profile person whose specifications for companies match his caliber i.e. he expects the utmost professionalism at all times, he does not like to be kept waiting (time being money), etc. And this company consistently meets all of these tentpoles and more! They work with me, as his assistant, to make sure I’m kept in the loop. They’re communicative. They’re prompt/speedy in feedback and responses. And they’re always professional and kind. Driver was on time, courteous, well dressed and the vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. Traffic was backed up a good distance in the departure lane. Instead of getting caught up in that traffic, he took us to the arrivals area so we could go in and just take the elevator up to our airline. Great experience!!!! Would definitely use them again.
