We booked them for our wedding. We had one 2 trolleys and 3 party buses to accommodate the bridal party and all of our out of town guests. Our venue was in about an hour away, so I was a little concerned with the drivers being able to get to the desired locations on time as certain vehicles cannot take parkways. There was also rain the day of our wedding which made me nervous that they would be delayed.

Both the trolleys and buses showed up early so that we were all able to make the church ceremony on time. We got to the venue on time as well and the bus drivers waited until the reception was over to buses everyone back to the hotel. Even stowed some of the centerpieces for us in the cargo hold.

Every time I called them to make a slight change, make a payment or just make sure everything was good to go, the staff could not have been more helpful. They take detailed notes as to the timeline of the day and the routes that the vehicles need to take. It was a pleasure working with the whole team and the drivers. I would 100% recommend that you book with them. David even calls a few days before your event to just run through everything one last time and make sure he knows any and everything that can go wrong so that it can be avoided. That gave me peace of mind since the day of our wedding the weather was absolutely terrible. It was one less variable for me to think about.

After the ride was booked and we had been connected to the driver, he even checked back in to let me know the passenger was in the car and on the way to the destination. Probably one of the best car services I have ever used for my trips. My colleagues and I booked their services for a business trip. Frank and his team were constantly accessible and to us via phone call or text message regardless of the time. Their response time was instantaneous.

Our flight was delayed an hour and arrived at 1AM. Yet him and our driver Mr. Dave assured us they would wait whatever time necessary which brought an immense peace of mind to me and my party. We had no wait times. Mr. Dave was waiting for us right outside baggage claim which we appreciated. He was also our drive for the return trip and arrived to our hotel 10 minutes before our scheduled time which we greatly appreciated.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From booking with Emily to outstanding service from our drivers Rafael and Larry. Emily was a joy to work with. She kept her word at each step in the process. Rafael was patient, mannerly and very pleasant, always greeting my family and friends with a smile. He arrived early and never complained as he waited for a delayed bridal party. Larry was early to pick up our bride and groom, but waited patiently as wedding guests gathered for a final send off, the service we received was warm and greatly appreciated. I rented a large Mercedes Van to transport my team to a special event last weekend. Our driver Martin was before time and very pleasant to deal with. Our driver was well equipped with safety measures and helped us feel comfortable. The Van itself was nicely maintained and comfortable for our long journey. We needed an over the top cool limo to get us from the airport to the Marriott Marquis. We found the perfect ride … how appropriate. Frank was incredibly accommodating, was there early with a beautiful clean super stretch. You could not ask more a more perfect experience. We opted for champagne and played our music on the blue tooth sound system which made the traffic quite enjoyable. This is an incredible operation.

We had such an amazing experience with Joe. He was right on time and very polite. The limo was super clean and he got us to our destination in a timely fashion. We loved it so much that we are having him drive us again tonight!
