First time using this company and had zero issues booking online a couple of days prior to arriving to mia. I received email confirmation.
When I landed I got a message from dispatch the driver was on the way and shortly after confirmation he had arrived. The driver also messaged me to let me know he was there in the airport.
The drive there was smooth. There were bottled water for us. The SUV was clean. He helped get out luggage out. It was uneventful which is what you want when you’re trying to get your family from the airport to the hotel.
I would use their service in the future.
